Prohibited content and conduct

Rippple prohibits users from creating, uploading, distributing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating CSAE or CSAM. This includes, but is not limited to:

Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report child safety concerns from inside the rippple app through the support/help area, or by emailing [email protected]. Reports involving CSAE or CSAM can also be sent directly to this address.

Reports should include any available details that help us locate and review the concern, such as the account involved, screenshots, dates, and a description of what happened. Do not forward or redistribute suspected CSAM; report where it appeared and preserve only the information needed to identify it.

Review and enforcement

When Rippple obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we review and act in accordance with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, disabling accounts, preserving relevant information, blocking users, escalating urgent safety concerns, and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.

Legal compliance and authority reporting

Rippple complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required or appropriate, confirmed CSAM or child exploitation concerns may be reported to relevant regional or national authorities, including child safety reporting organizations and law enforcement.
